      Great people, flexible work, good benefits, competitive public sector pay, nice equipment and desks. Not as change adverse as many other public sector employers which makes work in their IT team feel more current. Excellent company culture.

      Cons

      A lot of technical change currently occurring which may be challenging for some people.
