It's a great first job right out of university. Have opportunity to work with multiple departments i.e., Compliance & Enforcement, technical inspectors, engineering team, well management team. Good environment to learn about the oil and gas industry from regulatory perspective. Benefits are great as well.

Starting salary may not be as competitive as Oil & Gas companies.
