Pros
BD Electronics let us free in our task, when we have ideas we can almost launch them. The management team is open-minded and I appreciate to work in that kind of atmosphere.
Cons
Too much interns, lack of professionalism and sometimes we need real professional in order to achieve our goal and maybe be more productive, get more results.
