      Pros

      Good remuneration package when in expat conditions. That's it for the pros.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. No career development unless you have good relationships with the right managers. Uncapable managers in key positions. No technical knowledge, only a lot of noise with endless meetings when the real technical work is all subcontracted to consultants and subcontractors. Unfair conditions, HR lies and treats people differently based on unknown factors. Absolutely not meritocratic, hard work is not rewarded.
