Expanding too quickly to cope internally, people there often have no clue where their responsibility lies or should do. Management sort to cover their butts 1st and foremost. Alot of me vs them mentality. Management allows certain unreasonable behaviours to manifest to the point where it irritates other employees. Lack of communications from management to staff. Chronic lack of support staff because they need to get approvals from HQ to hire extra contractors even when eg some payments are well over 365 days old... (to small time vendors...) Alot of issues with high turnover of staff and no one is there to pick up their work. Hiring too many contractors.
