Management problems and disorder - Wholesale Administrative Assistant BH Cosmetics Employee Review

Rude and gossippy management, nobody seems happy, lots of time spent explaining mishaps to customers, lots of mishaps, inventory issues (by the thousands), all blame placed on internal staff, feels very sweatshop like, no room for growth. If you don't like snippy bosses who will probably talk about you and make you feel unwelcomed after a week, don' t work here. When I worked there, three people had already left and two came in. Nobody ever seemed settled or "let in" on what was really happening.
