- Fast-changing nature, so for those who prefer stability, it would be hard as processes and requirements keep on changing based on business demand.

Pros

- Interesting company with interesting business problems. I was never bored here! - Generous annual leaves, not strict with sick leaves. You can take a leave if you don't feel like working due to stress or whatever reason. - Above average compensation, high end office with shower, well-stocked pantry - Strong emphasis on diversity and culture

Cons

- In the two years I've been here I have witnessed several major restructuring. Execs, teams and functions come and go. The company loves restructuring like a past time! - There's a lack of long term planning. Very difficult to plan long term career when things change rapidly. - Still requires onsite work despite the fact that I mostly work with people from AU and MY. Result? I spend nearly 50% of my time in the office attending meetings. - Many managers and execs have no idea what the business does. They were sourced externally and have not bothered learning about the function they are leading! - BOS leads to so many redundant meetings and routines.
