Where do I even start? Working here destroyed my mental and physical health. Leadership cares more about the clients than they do their own employees. And don’t get me started on the clients. If you want to start your career in PR, choose an industry outside of start up culture, it’s a dying industry. You’re constantly wondering if you’re going to get laid off next, and the truth is that you just might. If you work here, prepared to be completely ostracized by your peers. This place has a work culture that feels like you’re still stuck in high school. There’s gossiping, backstabbing, bullying… I could go on but I think you get the point. Just spare yourself the anxiety medication and don’t apply here.
