Pros

Cons
- Systems can be cumbersome at times; information is held in a variety of places; this can take some getting used to; can be tedious to update status/info in multiple places. - There's a lot of gray area, and it's rare for there to be just one right way to do something; the playbook that worked last time may not work next time; you have to constantly be on your toes, which I think can wear some people out. - Clients can be pretty tough; highly competitive and high expectations; sometimes can be curt; this would be more difficult to face in a less supportive environment. - It can be a whirlwind. What you had envisioned for the week can be upended by a news opp or a client issue halfway through your Monday morning. You either love it or it takes you down.
