Pros
You get a break every 2 hours. Even though it is hot in Alabama, you do get a fan, if you are a team leader or higher up. Otherwise you have to settle for a forklift driver to drive right by you and the exhaust fan from the engine might cool you down. Of course you can always find a piece of cardboard on the floor to wave at your face in a fanning motion.
Cons
They promise you a certain hourly wage, but they pay you much less. They pay you for less hours than worked, but claim they will fix it on your next check. They will show you 1 time how to perform a task, then have you sign the form stating you have been trained. If you mess up, they show you your signature for Training Received, then decrease your hourly wage....again. I was given an employee survey to fill out. I was required to write my name and my supervisor's name and then give my review. I didn't trust it, in case of repercussions, so I wrote "Do not feel comfortable filling this out". My supervisor's boss called me out in front of my co-workers and chewed me out like a dog. I can only imagine how much worse the conversation would go if I gave an honest review.
