      Pros

      I've provide opportunities to learn skill in different departments, skill and get chance to join outdoor shooting and also indoor copywritings job. It's a fun place to work with those KOL people.

      Cons

      Since it's a small company, all systems are not form well and poor task allocate. So i have to take the task which is out of my jobscope and complete before due date. And also financial problem occur in the second month i joined this company.

      Talented Employees, Feels like a Family, CEO does a great job leading the company, Probably one of the most gracious companies I have ever worked for when it comes to Benefits. BMES is a great company and I love being a part of this team

      Pros

      Former executive director was great. The new one (they get a new ed’s frequently) is awful.

      Cons

      Leadership is absolutely awful. The board is too in the details and no focus on strategy and vision.
