Pros
- Flexible working - Everyone is nice - Easy workload, people at BMT are not overworked. - Some projects can be interesting. An good place to work if you are looking to keep your head down.
Cons
- BMT is very slow to adapt - Management are not open enough, and feel quite old-fashioned in their management style - Seemingly not willing to invest in the future. A lot of talk about it but not actual action - Struggles with an identity in a remote world - Weak USP I would recommend working at BMT in some circumstances, but would not recommend it widely.
