Pros
BMT is one of the most flexible organisations I have come across. There is a real emphasis on not burning out and working effectively within the time you have. BMT really encourage you to take back extra hours spent during busy periods so you don’t burn out. Learning opportunities have been very varied, and I feel I learned a lot about my field within a short space of time. Colleagues are incredibly supportive, I feel challenged as a graduate and know I have plenty of people around to ask for help. All in all one of the best environments I’ve worked in to date. Also private healthcare has been great! Pension is also better than most.
