Cons

Working at Bosco Pizzeria was unfortunately one of the most disheartening experiences of my career. While I initially had high hopes of being part of a passionate and supportive team, I was quickly met with a workplace environment that valued profits over people. The most glaring issue was the way employees were treated. Staff were frequently overworked and undervalued, and it became clear that the management saw employees as disposable. There was no genuine effort to support or retain the team, and anyone who raised concerns or needed assistance was often disregarded or dismissed without much thought.
