      - 0 hour contracts - rubbish base pay relying on tips to boost the earnings - managers are toxic as hell - use 0 hour contracts to get rid of people without going through disciplinary procedures - massive ego problem with seniors who lack the skill and attitude to back it up and they flap under pressure - menu is picked out by office monkeys - owner is an arrogant SOB who cares more about his glass jar display than equipping his staff with decent equipment to do their job
