ADD ONE MORE BAD REVIEW - Installer BTC Technology Services Employee Review

I have worked for BTC for around 3 months and I couldn't be happier with my decision to join the team. I am a dispatcher now, but previously had never done anything close to this scope of work. The managers really took their time with me and eased me in to the position. I feel I have succeeded due to the time and effort they invested in me. They have never given more than I can handle and have pulled me aside on numerous occasions to make sure I am happy and comfortable in my new environment.

The only con I can say is that it does get a bit overwhelming, but I would put that on my inexperience more than the work environment.

I have nothing good to say about this place!

I left another job to work at this company & they let me go in less than 5 days! I have children & they didn't even care!!With no explanation! I was completely blindsided! I was told I was doing a great job the same day I was let go! The owners are self centered! & only care about themselves! There job posting is a lie! They said they are expanding & their company is growing rapidly! Trust me it's not! And the pay is awful! It's $3 less than what the job posting says! It's a very greedy small tiny company that doesn't even offer medical insurance! don't waste your time! If you don't catch on in 3 days they will let you go! They also lie & say you will get extensive training! It was far from that!! And they claim they are so professional! More like unprofessional!!
