Pros
This company is just making the transition from small to mid size. With that opens a lot of doors for new opportunities to find your niche in the management hierarchy. The work can be pretty good, but it's all contract work and can vary greatly from embedded systems, web services or system admin. Outside of work, BTI360 does a good job of setting up fun events if you choose to come to them. But no teleworking and (almost) no being on call or work after hours or the weekend. Work is work and home is home.
Cons
Only very specific personality types get to get in the 'leadership team's inner circle. Anyone who is not a charismatic extrovert type tends to get pushed around for 3 or 4 years before leaving the company. A lot of the 'benefits' seem nice on the surface, money for school, computer, technical conferences, however read the contract before you sign else you'll quickly find that it'll cost you $10k to quit your job, and that once you break it down that $2000 computer tech money only comes every 3 years, which works out to $55/month, not that great afterall
