I was treated very poorly by this company. Despite being 30 years old and with a Science degree I was yelled at and screamed at like I was a 17 year old apprentice on a construction site. I had my job threatened for several months leading up to my resignation, was cooerced into signing a contract change for my shifts, overlooked for promotions and threatened with performance management almost every 2nd week despite no performance wrongdoings. Upper level management just hire their friends from jobs they had 5-10+ years ago who conduct a lazy style of operations i.e (if i scream at you the work will be done faster) rather than trying to internally motivate individuals.
