Pros

Great products! That is the only Pro for this company. Some of the best skincare products in the industry. The customer service team is great and will help you with anything you need.

Cons

The current leadership of this company is awful! They have absolutely no idea how to manage a sales team. The reputation in the industry for BABOR is terrible which is sad because the products are some of the best in the industry. Spas don’t want to do business with this company because they know that their sales person won’t be there longer than a year. BABOR will fire people for absolutely no reason. This company is the definition of INSANITY! No matter how much money they offer you...do not work for this company!

The best of all worlds; the Americas Division has an entrepreneurial culture of a small company with the ability to make big changes quickly which has yielded continual year-over-year growth. Along with the stability, security and structure of a large global corporation which is represented in over 70 countries. And the heart and compassion for people and personal growth as the company has remained family owned for over 60 years. It’s a fun and rewarding experience!

None. It's a high pace, positive environment where you have the ability to directly impact the business and see the results.

Pros

Great products and fantastic marketing strategies from Germany, that we needed to replicate in the U.S.A market.

Cons

The brand isn't recognized within the US, except for Spa businesses. The leadership team wasn't effective. It is a different company culture, that could be tough.
