      Pros

      Outstanding leadership. Amazing products. Fun and exciting atmosphere. After being here almost six months now, I couldn’t be more pleased with deciding to join Babor. The environment is rewarding and exciting. We have a great leadership team that listens and values your opinion. There’s no micromanaging or favoritism, which is refreshing. The company is constantly looking for ways to improve and grow. It’s exciting to be part of a team that has many great successes in its future. It’s a good feeling to be surrounded by people who support you and feel like family!

      Common problems as we continue to grow, nothing out of the ordinary for a company building the business.

      Pros

      The best of all worlds; the Americas Division has an entrepreneurial culture of a small company with the ability to make big changes quickly which has yielded continual year-over-year growth. Along with the stability, security and structure of a large global corporation which is represented in over 70 countries. And the heart and compassion for people and personal growth as the company has remained family owned for over 60 years. It’s a fun and rewarding experience!

      Pros

      Great products and fantastic marketing strategies from Germany, that we needed to replicate in the U.S.A market.

      Cons

      The brand isn't recognized within the US, except for Spa businesses. The leadership team wasn't effective. It is a different company culture, that could be tough.
