      1.Good initial salary. 2.Latest technologies and AI exposure. 3.Office lunch. 4.Flexible timings and no micromanagement. 5.Two times per week office

      1.Almost zero to 3% hikes. 2.Even after receiving promotion,hike is very less. 3.from the last 3 years salary didnt even increase 3 lakhs of the over all package.

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
