Pros
The job itself is fun, it's not too bad, I've made some great friends there and the job is simple and straightforward. You get a 3 table rotation and you do your side-work and help run food when you can.
Cons
It being a Caribbean restaurant...lol. Seriously, on the weekends, especially Friday or Saturday night, some of the worst creatures would come out and ask for so much; yet tip way below what they're suppose too. Expect a $5 tip on a $100 bill for example. And it's not the Servers, because every Server I've worked with there, dealt with the same issue. It's just how people were raised and I feel certain people shouldn't go out to eat and be cheap when it comes to pay...
