Not honest about hours, bullying, favorites. - Host/Hostess Bahama Breeze Employee Review

1/2 the managers are bullies. Random hours, last minute scheduling. They dont tell you all involved in job, and pay doesnt reflect how much work & extended time in hot environment, bugs, no AC. Talked down to, will hire saying they need you x amount of hours, then hirr MORE people & suddenly cut hours to 1/3 of promised hours. Will deny shift pick-ups and play favorites.
