Pros
Flexible hours. Understanding management with some exceptions. Good income . Usually busy . The chefs are well trained. Friendly staff. Food runners on busy shifts. Bussers. And servers just sort silverware because they typically have silverware rollers that are paid hourly. Not bad tip out , only bar and bussers. Also keep what you earn, it's not a tip pool. All credit card tips uploaded to a debt darden card at the end of shift so it's ready right away. Managers (. For the most part) help in anyway they can and are very hard working.
Cons
Hard physical work. Lots of walking and carrying everything buckets of ice,glassware, ect. Some team members do not work well with others. One manager in particular has poor attitude.
