Pros
Good for travel if you like to travel; they allow us to use our own judgment. The overall atmosphere is good but staff is not consulted regarding areas of knowlege that would be useful to cases.
Cons
No overtime pay, ever. But much overtime expected. Paralegals are the people who know the details, yet management makes the decisions behind closed doors without benefit of our knowledge. How can this be good for the clients?
