Pros
The pros of your job are often dependent on the people you work and the people are really great. Everyone is extremely respectful, nonjudgmental, and inclusive. It is extremely refreshing to see that kind of culture in a workplace. Especially given how large this firm is.
Cons
Leadership just isn’t there. It’s like we’re all one big happy family but no one really knows what’s going on or who is doing what. There are a lot of communication issues due to being a global firm. No one knows what they are doing. Any business professional job at this company is severely underpaid. Pay your 1st year associates almost ~$200k and your (extremely overqualified) admin staff barely ~$60k?
