Pros
The only good thing I can say about Baker is they have really good benefits. This company looks good on your resume because of the reputation they hold.
Cons
Terrible leadership, micromanagers from top to bottom, plays favoritism, entry level pay with expectation to work like a slave. They promote “love where you work” but about 60% of their employees pursed opportunities elsewhere. They have no college reimbursement program unless you work out of the United States. The Tampa Centers office manager, HR manager and Finance Director are a bunch of prudes and are fashion police if someone wears something they don’t like that doesn’t violate the dress code. I felt like I was in high school all over again. There have no flexibility. The refuse to let me opt in for a half hour lunch, instead of a full hour. They don’t care about your life. They feel your way to replace but they have a hard time keeping people.
