Pros
There are so many great things about working at BM. To name a few, the environment is really friendly, you're not micro-managed, you are encouraged to have a voice, they really care about employees mental health etc, they really care and act on racial/gender specific injustices.
Cons
Unfortunately, the pay at present has not increased to reflect the rise at market level. It is difficult to make ends meet with the cost of living increases.
