Pros
(Last year worked was 2009, at which time I was laid off.) Learned a lot about litigation at many levels and in many practice areas. Other secretaries were friendly and helpful, and most of the attorneys were easy to work for.
Cons
Sometimes partners did not know what policies had been put into effect and how those policies affected employees. Confusing self-review process.
