Nicer clients to work for in general.

Most shifts are only 2 hours long, on the other side of town. You can't stack shifts as the shift times are conflicting with each other so it's not really worth driving an hour + to do a 2 hr shift. No hand over and client support plan doesn't cover the clients needs per shift and some of the clients get annoyed if you ask questions. So you are going in blind a lot of the time.

Employees can bring dogs into the office.

The director is rude and short with employees, will berate them in front of other employees. Office is understaffed a lot of the time, when people quit - roles may or may not be backfilled and during this time the leaving employee's duties is distrubuted amongst the team, adding unfairly to their workload. Management want workers to 'use their initiative' but also check in with them before doing anything. if you make a mistake due to human error at least half of the office will know by a "non-targeted" passive aggressive email from management. No flexible working arrangements available (work from home).
