Nicer clients to work for in general.
Cons
Most shifts are only 2 hours long, on the other side of town. You can't stack shifts as the shift times are conflicting with each other so it's not really worth driving an hour + to do a 2 hr shift. No hand over and client support plan doesn't cover the clients needs per shift and some of the clients get annoyed if you ask questions. So you are going in blind a lot of the time.

Have a problem, email it... Emergency, email it... Need to talk with someone, sorry they are all in training...
