- Unpaid internships and low staff pay - The team can be difficult to work with, primarily the hypocritical editor-in-chief - No work-life balance - No opportunity for remote work, despite all tasks being conducive to remote work - Loud office can make it difficult to get things done - No HR - Very old school - No opportunity to grow in or stay at the company
