9yThanks for sharing your feedback and we are working on bringing in positive changes to our employee experience. We follow a performance cycle where in we share the feedback with employees on their performance, attitudes and behavior. When any of these performance criteria does not align with the company we give a chance to the employee to improve their performance through our Performance Improvement Plan or we let them know of the change required in their attitude/ behavior. When we do not see a desired change in the employee as identified in his/her performance even after few months,we have to let them go. Hope this helps in understanding how high performing companies work.
