      - free snacks - higher pkg (most of it will be variable)

      Cons

      - almost zero onsite opportunity - Job insecurity( they fired Indian employees in June 2014) - No technology to learn for QA other than their applications - almost zero automation - Excel based work - focussed on free tools - Managers with zero management skills
