All buyers were put in a bullpen like animals. No privacy to do your work, people would talk at whatever volume they wanted. Everyone had to wear headphones to block out the noise of other workers. Our mManager claimed this helped communication. It helped people interrupt but didn't assist us in communication or being able to focus on work. It felt as if you were under constant scrutiny and even bathroom breaks were monitored.
