Pros

Interesting and unique projects and decent salary. The owner has a great work ethic and values his staff, however this disappears at site level.

Cons

Prehistoric attitudes to many higher management, aggressive environment and many of the higher management use bully boy tactics and unacceptable working hours for little or in many cases no overtime or lieu time. High turnover of staff and if your face doesn’t fit or you have a different opinion that’s game over.

Passion for delivering interesting developments (rather than cookie cutter blocks of flats) Dynamic environment If you work hard, they will reward you Fair and above market average remuneration

Cons

Bad communication in company Some people are not treated well "revolving" door in parts of the business Not great for WFH / work life balance
