Pros
Great place to work, good benefits programs, great team - work environment. Career opportunities for commercial roles. Excellent platform interns. You got the chance to work with very smart and well educated coworkers which is very rewarding and enriching.
Cons
Slow decisions making processes because of the organizational structure. Regardless the benefits the salaries can be pretty low for entry level and it's hard to get promotions and to get a rise.Career Opportunities are good for low level jobs but no for medium-high level jobs which could be frustrated.
