Pros
Lovely people, good managers as long as you do your job well enough and keep your head down. If you want to have a job where you answer phone calls for the rest of your life, this is the job for you. If you want to progress, there is some progression in the company so don't be discouraged there. The competition is fierce though so be ready to fight for it.
Cons
It's a phone job, at least the job I do is a phone job. (Technical support) As nice as the place and the people are, a phone job will eventually suck your soul out through your skin, and you will become cynical and frustrated. As far as phone jobs go though, this is the best one I have seen. I would recommend it to anyone who has a fair bit of sanity to spare and wants to make some lovely new friends :)
