      Favoritism Terrible brand decisions CEO treats it like high school Randomly let people go because they "can't afford" them, only to see them replaced a month later with a friend of management and with a higher salary. Horrible growth decisions

      Small but committed team of passionate employees. Generous PTO with 5 additional days of PTO to use to volunteer as you see fit. flexible to remote work life. Frequent team-building events to educate employees on products.

      Cons

      Overuse of remote work options leaves the company and departments disconnected. The most casual approach to employee reviews.
