Great colleagues. The students, faculty, and staff were wonderful.

Leadership is toxic, cruel, and vindictive. It is a psychologically unsafe environment. A once vibrant community has been broken by terrible upper management. Senior staff doesn’t understand most staff functions at the college, has 0 strategy behind their decision, and are reactive to all problems that could have been avoided if they listened to staff. Turnover is high and morale is low. Workloads are unsustainable. Pay is poor. Benefits are slashed. Staffing is short. If you are considering working here— run.
