Pros
Good pay and good benefits, possibility for yearly bonus dependent on yearly production/sales.
Cons
Horrible management, willing to step on anyone to make themselves look better. No respect/care for engineers ideas and solutions. Not willing to advance company to stay current with changing industry, would rather put a band aid on a broken machines then buy new/replace with more efficient . Expects engineers to work 60-80 hour weeks, salaried for 40 No allowed time off from November through December
