The culture is abysmal. The management fails to follow through on the most simple of tasks, to the extent that the facility recently failed an audit from Rolls Royce for the exact same major findings (traceability) as the year before, losing their certification and forcing a stop to production. Furthermore, a quick working pace seems almost discouraged. The struggle to stay occupied at work was daily, causing people to stretch a 30 minute process over the span of hours to avoid management, whose sole purpose was ensuring the production floor -looked- like it was functioning.

Used to be a really cool place to work. Really positive atmosphere and everyone used to help each other out, everyone loved coming to work. The management has really turned things down hill the last 3 years. It is constantly a blame game and someone else's fault, they don't care about there employees anymore and it shows with everyones attitudes. People can't get out fast enough. Hostile Environment.
