At the beginning of my working experience I had a great manager, the work environment was really good, the benefits were great as well and the salary is very good.
Cons
The workload was a bit high especially in the first two years. In the last year of my employment, I had almost no guidance, I faced many challenges without any support and there was no clear direction.
