      Being a smaller firm, you get to have your hand in a lot of things and arguably get to have more responsibility that you may at a larger firm. Unfortunately, this can sometimes be a con as one can be overworked.

      - Below market comp - Scapegoating, Backstabbing, Favoritism galore - Can be spread too thin at times

      Pros

      Team works hard, is collaborative, and there is a desire to have a fun company culture. Being a smaller firm its hard to carve out the time for fun, but I've seen continued improvement in this area.

      Small and agile company. Hardworking and supportive group. Exposure to several facets of the commercial real estate industry. Growth opportunities. Thoughtful benefits package.

      The company is smaller so growth is slow. Reliance on Executive Team can sometimes result in bottlenecks.
