      Pros

      Feels like a chill work environment. Management doesn’t schedule themselves past 4 pm only one manager on duty . The perks are nice . You get access to the amenities unlimited and discounted food .

      Cons

      If you’re black they won’t pay you more than $18 at the front desk while hounding you to make sure you upsell clients even going around through the spa area to try to get sales to fill in slots . Management is weird and doesn’t communicate properly . Time off requests and schedule requests were always denied .

      Pros

      Unlimited use of the facility. Encouraged to experience the space. Generous discounts. Flexible schedule. Cool co-workers. Space to develop and hone skills.

      Cons

      Too many therapists on schedule which can result in less than ideal booked scheduling. Growing very fast and losing some of the initial charm and appeal.
