We ensure that no one is expected to work overtime unless absolutely necessary. If team members occasionally choose to stay late, it's of their own accord. We always aim to ensure a positive work environment where tasks can be completed within regular working hours. -We offer flexible working options, with many of our employees choosing to work at 80%.
