Pros

- fun work environment - continuing education opportunities - half day Fridays - Clinic Director is very understanding of schedule changes for school/ family reasons - community involvement

Cons

- maternity leave benefits could be better (but are still good) - can get very busy if short staffed due to outages (but doesn't happen often and they are good about finding help when needed)

Thank you for sharing this thoughtful review. It’s great to hear how much you value the environment, the support from your Clinic Director, and the opportunities to grow your clinical skills. The culture you’re describing is exactly what we work to protect at Baton Rouge Physical Therapy Lake, and feedback like this reinforces what our teams are doing well. Your notes on schedule flexibility, community involvement, and even the half-day Fridays say a lot about how your clinic shows up for one another. We also appreciate the callouts on areas where we can keep strengthening our benefits and staffing support. Input from long-tenured team members carries weight, and we take it seriously. Thanks again for being part of the BRPT Lake family!
