The owner regularly yelled at staff using inappropriate, and at times racist, language—creating a hostile work environment. My manager was pretending to support employees while undermining them behind closed doors. Leadership often took full credit for work done by others, offering no recognition or support to the people actually delivering results. Toxic atmosphere where fear and blame were the norm instead of teamwork and accountability. No clear communication or career growth; trust in management was virtually nonexistent.
