Expect to work holidays, some management aloof and talk down to employees

It is a good start if you want to work in the hospitality business; there is a lot to do and learn, and after 6 months, you can bounce around different departments to find out where you like to work. They are a very inclusive company in general.

The work culture is horrible. There is a lot of backstabbing between workers and managers to get ahead instead of working as a team. A lot of management seems to have gotten into their positions through nepotism instead of hard work.
