      A job, good co-workers, office events or celebrations

      Cons

      No salary reviews, other staff receiving benefits or increases ad-hoc with no system. Management only prioritises their own success, can't communicate with each other. Also no HR which is a big red flag - it's looked after internally in our office and it's a conflict of roles.

      Great place to work ! Probably the best in NZ with the best reputation as well.

      Cons

      No retainer or $ until you sell a house (but probably the industry standard)

      For the most part they hire good people but the staff turnover is ridiculous in commercial property tram

      Staff turnover and picking up other peoples work that have been over worled
